I haven’t been to Newport in years and I’m so excited to explore this little New England gem and eat some really great food with some awesome friends. One of the things I’m most excited for this year in Walt Disney World? Galaxy’s Edge. The news about this Star Wars addition to Hollywood Studios just keeps getting better and better and I am SO excited.
For those of you that have ever tried to get takeout with me, you know that I am obsessed with Vietnamese pho. I could eat this amazing soup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I recently tried this grocery store broth, and let me tell you, it’s the quick-fix we all need in our lives. I highly recommend grabbing a box and making some fake-out pho this weekend.
With it so cold outside, I’ve been on a bit of a reading kick and have been (shamelessly) speeding through some awesome young adult fiction. The two I can’t stop thinking about? One of Us is Lying and The Thousandth Floor.
